Decomposition processing by yeast Normally, it takes about one month for food waste to decompose naturally. Our waste treatment automatically maintains proper temperature and humidity control and can process 1 ton of waste in about 4 hours. It is also capable of inactivating toxic substances such as bacteria and pufferfish poison. The system detoxifies household waste as well as medical industrial waste. Vinyl, needles, and other materials are automatically separated, improving work efficiency. If only food waste is processed by this system, it can be used to make food for livestock. Hydrolysis Equipment In the hydrolysis process, refuse is placed in a high-temperature furnace, and pressure and hot air reduce the volume of refuse to a maximum of 1/10000 of its original volume. This process does not require a power source and does not generate dioxin due to depreciation. The operation only requires an initial seed fire and the feeding of organic refuse.
